Our people

Peter Knight, Solutions Analyst

Since joining LGIM as a graduate in 2011, I’ve gained exposure to many areas of the business and seen my career progress considerably, moving from the graduate programme to Fund Structurer to my current role as a Solutions Analyst. I’ve been given the opportunity to gain managerial experience and am now involved in a diverse number of projects and funds, including the modelling of solutions using pooled LDI, management of the Pre-retirement suite of funds, risk analysis and development of LGIM’s Delegated Mandate offering. LGIM is a very accommodating employer when it comes to developing your skills and long-term career.

They encouraged me to become a CFA Charterholder, sponsoring me throughout the exams and allowing generous study leave to prepare for the exams. I qualified in October 2014.
